This thesis is about political ideology, not legal issues. Illman's interpretation of existing Finnish laws is totally at odds with what the law actually says.According to Illman, any comparison between any ethnic groups X and Y is "hate speech" if X is said to be in some sense better than Y. For example, since it has been reported in the international PISA study that Finnish schoolchildren have a better knowledge of mathematics than German schoolchildren, the entire PISA study is hate speech according to Illman's interpretation.Illman is totally against the freedom of speech. If Illman's interpretation of Finnish laws were valid, every newspaper in Finland would have to be sued for "hate speech" because every newspaper has reported findings such as the PISA study or other findings that prove that there are statistical differences between ethnic groups in a lot of aspects. For example, professor Richard Lynn and professor Tatu Vanhanen have reported in their book IQ and the Wealth of Nations that there is a strong positive correlation between the median IQ of the population and the per capita GDP of the country. Illman works as a state prosecutor, and he recently said in a public trial in a court of law that citing the facts reported by Lynn and Vanhanen constitute hate speech.
