This work has been cited by the Supreme Court before and is a good reference for the basis of free press. It is, however, complicated. I would read a summary first. Milton is not known for clarity. He can, and does, write entire pages as one sentence filled with clauses. It is not always easy to find subject, predicate and objectives to establish a clear thought. I used a pencil to try and read summary after. I was pretty much on target but it is intensive reading that requires constant focus.
