Abstract:

'Trends in Pharmacological Sciences' (TICS) is a peer reviewed journal that aims to keep researchers, students and teachers up-to-date and well informed about recent advances in pharmacology and toxicology. It covers subjects ranging from molecular to behavioural pharmacology and within fields ranging from current techniques to theoretical pharmacology. The journal's principal content is reviews, but it also includes: Opinion articles, which encourage debate and hypothesis on a particular subject; letters; and short Research Focus articles highlighting topical issues or important recent research papers. Tables of contents and abstracts are available freely, with full-text articles available (from 1979-1980, vol.1, issue 1) by per-article fee, personal subscription or to licensed institutions. The site provides information on the editorial board, subscription details and instructions for authors. Published monthly by Cell Press, Elsevier Ltd, and made available on the Web by ScienceDirect.
